This recently completed development of 354 new A-rated homes, comprises 124 houses, 170 apartments and 60 duplex units within an overall site of over 23 acres located in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The development also features an employment zone comprising a 2-storey Community Enterprise building (1,356m²) and a 2-storey office building (1,376m²), 91 no. parking spaces and 108 no. bicycle spaces.

The drainage and watermain layoutswere designed in accordance with Wicklow County Council and Irish Water standards throughout. Extensive use of permeable paving and infiltration devices promoted runoff disposal at source with attenuation systems & flow control devices prevent flooding from occurring on site but also protect the receiving watercourses from flooding.
