This recently completed 658-unit apartment development is located in Clongriffin, Dublin 13.

One Three North consists of 376 apartments in three blocks over a basement carpark and was completed in 2020, while Two Three North consists of 282 apartments in four blocks over a basement carpark and was completed in early 2022. The apartments are supplemented by a full range of tenant facilities including a gym, exercise studio and cinema.

All units within the development are fully NzEB compliant and are powered solely using renewable energy.

The primary structure for the development consisted of an in situ concrete frame with lightweight SFS infill panels over an in situ concrete transfer slab.
