The Pillo Hotel is a 5 storey 4-star hotel located in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The hotel comprises 148 bedrooms, feature glass atrium, 900m² of meeting rooms & associated facilities facilities and a state of the art fitness &leisure centre including swimming pool, sauna & steam room.

To ensure a rapid construction programme, the construction methodology employed utilised a steel frame, precast floor units and bathroom pods system.

A key design feature of the project is the inclusion of storey depth transfer structure concealed within the feature ceiling of the function room. This transfer structure supports 4 levels of bedrooms over the column free function room.
