This recently completed development of 281 new A-Rated homes comprises 114 houses, 167 apartments and a creche in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.

The project was executed to a very high standard, using a mixture of standard construction methods including strip foundations, blockwork walls, concrete ground floor, timber first floor and prefabricated timber trusses. The drainage and water main layouts were designed in accordance with Kildare County Council and Irish Water standards throughout
